The purpose of this Will-it-Fly?® DKTS module is to assist you in performing according to best practices as they apply to collecting a small claims judgment.
While providing some enforcement, a small claims court will not collect on a judgment. According to the court, the plaintiff (winning party) has to make the effort to collect payment from the defendant (losing party), or end up with nothing except wasted time, energy and expenses.
